When is your check-in and check-out?
Guests may check-in at 4:00 p.m. Checkout is 11:00 a.m. or earlier
Do you offer early check-in?
Certainly, we allow early check-ins by request and it's subject to availability. In addition, there may be an early check-in fee assessed.
Do you have wireless internet access available?
Yes. Complimentary Internet is offered throughout the resort. You can even surf the ‘net by the pool.
Do you have a pool?
Of course, it’s the Arizona desert! The pool is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The Pool Bar operation is seasonal and may not be open during certain parts of the year. Please contact reservations and front desk for more information.

Do you offer smoking rooms
No. Our rooms are 100% smoke-free.
Are Rollaway Beds or Cribs Available?
We have cribs, but no rollaways.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We must be notified of cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival.
Is the resort dog friendly?
Dogs of up to 30 pounds are allowed for a $50 per stay pet fee. A deposit of $150 per stay is also required. Unfortunately, any other pets are not permitted.
Do You Have an On-Site Spa, Fitness Center, and Business Center?

Do You Offer Free Shuttle Service To And From The Airport?
No. Shuttle service is not available, but our front desk staff will be happy to arrange for airport transportation.

Are minors allowed in the casino?
Minors (persons under the age of 21) are not allowed to gamble and are only allowed in the casino restaurants until 9PM and must be accompanied by an adult.
