" The perfect venue for our meeting... "

The We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center hosted our CMC Annual Americas Managers Meeting the week of October 15th, which included nearly 200 of our employees. This has been noted as one of the best (if not THE best) managers' meetings of all time... You have an amazing team in place at the We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center. The chef was by far the best I've ever worked with. The food, presentation and service were awesome. My folks are still talking about the lamb! ... Our group utilized almost all of the Wassaja Conference Center and most of the sleeping rooms that week. We felt like we had the run of the hotel. We played golf at WeKoPa, had adventure time at Rosa's Ranch and enjoyed time in the casino. It was the perfect venue for our meeting as everything felt under one roof.

I'll be honest, everything (from the reception decor, the ceremony decor, chain of events, etc.) turned out the way I envisioned it, and even better! I don't think another venue could have come close to the experience we had at the We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center. I'm so grateful we found you! We had nothing but compliments from our family and guests regarding how beautiful the venue was and your staff. The staff was ah-mazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. From our stay on Friday to Sunday, the staff was always super friendly and the service was fast. We were SO impressed! So thank you for making our day not only fun and memorable for us but for our guests as well. In years to come, you can count on Chad and I coming back to celebrate anniversaries and special occasions! I think we will definitely come out this summer for a weekend getaway.

We (the FAA) have done a number of these three-day seminars all around the country this past year. It's not easy to accommodate 80 people in a classroom style environment. However, your staff pulled it off seamlessly. Everything from keeping the coffee flowing to monitoring the room temperature was flawless. The best part was we didn't have to ask! Your staff, while remaining virtually unseen, managed to anticipate our needs and were quick to respond. Kudos to all of you for your professionalism. We look forward to hosting future events at your facilities and would recommend the We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center to anyone contemplating a seminar or conference in the Phoenix area.

From all of us at Cardinal Health, we want to thank you for making our MBT Training and West Region Meeting a huge success. We had over 400 employees/attendees throughout the weeklong conference. Our group utilized the entire property, almost every hotel room and all of the conference space. The logistics and attention to detail could not have been better... The catering was impeccable. From breakfast to dinner and everything in between, from indoor dining to al fresco dining, the ambiance couldn't have been better. The menu was creative and differentiated each day and the servers were absolutely outstanding... Last minute rooming requests, everything from early arrivals to additional rooming nights required were managed attentively, urgently and were very accommodating.
